Rückblick auf unser Wintertreffen
. Looking back at our winter meeting 2010
I nostri nuovi delegati Heike e Gert imparano in fretta e non hanno perso tempo: ancora freschi di nomina, si sono già dimostrati all'altezza del loro incarico (ma su questo non avevamo dubbi) e il loro primo wintertreffen in terra tedesca è stato apprezzatissimo e riuscitissimo!
All'appuntamento si sono presentati una quarantina di soci tra cui qualche intrepido che, nonostante le avversità atmosferiche, sono arrivati a Idar-Oberstein dall'Italia in sella alle loro amate Guzzi.
Sabato mattina abbiamo visitato una antica miniera di rame e ci siamo resi conto delle difficoltà del lavoro di quell'epoca. Poi, dopo esserci adeguatamente rifocillati all'annesso ristorante, ci siamo "sparpagliati" per il paese che offriva numerose attrattive: il castello, la chiesa nella roccia, vari musei... e per la gioia delle signore la via dello shopping.
In serata una allegra cena al ristorante pensione "Amante della natura" ci ha fatto ricordare che Italiani, Tedeschi o Svizzeri, siamo tutti Guzzisti!
Durante la manifestazione sono stati inoltre presentati ufficialmente la nuova maglietta e la patch realizzate appositamente per festeggiare in questo 2010 i primi 10 anni del nostro moto club.
I nostri più calorosi ringraziamenti a Heike e Gert che hanno saputo organizzare un incontro molto interessante e veramente ben riuscito, senza naturalmente dimenticarci di quanti vi hanno partecipato e ci hanno fatto una allegra compagnia.
Wieder einmal ist ein schönes Wochenende viel zu schnell vergangen.
Einige von uns waren schon am Freitagmittag da, wir dekorierten den Gastraum und aßen zusammen zu Mittag.
Es gab viel zu lachen. Langsam füllte sich der Saal, die letzten kamen ca. gegen 20.30 Uhr an. Es waren unsere Italiener die, die lange Anreise von Mandello bis Idar-Oberstein mit dem Motorrad antraten. Nun waren wir vollständig und hatten viel Spass bis früh in die Morgenstunden.
Am Samstagmorgen, nach einem guten Frühstück machten wir uns auf den Weg nach Fischbach um das alte historische Kupferbergwerk zu besichtigen. Danach nahmen wir in der Kupferstube ein deftiges Bergmannsessen zu uns, zum Abschluss gab es Grubenwasser. Nun trennten sich unsere Wege, einige fuhren nach Oberstein um die Felsenkirche, das Edelsteinmuseum oder einfach nur in einem gemütlichen Strassencafe zu sitzen und die Sonne zu geniessen.
Um 19.00 Uhr trafen wir uns zum gemeinsamen Abendessen mit original Obersteiner Spiessbraten. Mit Diashow, Wein, Bier, Schnaps und guter Musik liessen wir den Abend ausklingen.
Sonntag hieß es dann wieder Koffer packen.
Wir sind froh das alle dem Orkansturm vorausgefahren waren und gesund und unbeschädigt zu Hause angekommen sind.
Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir unserem Präsident, unseren italienischen und schweizer Freunden aussprechen, die, die weite Reise auf sich genommen haben um an unserem Treffen teilnehmen zu können.
Es war ein schönes Treffen das nur mit eurer Anwesenheit und gutem Humor gelingen konnte.
. Our new delegates Heike and Gert learn in a hurry and did not lose time still fresh of appointment, have already proved equal to their task (but about this we had no doubts) and their first wintertreffen on German soil was much appreciated and very successful!
To the appointment occurred about forty members, of which some intrepid that despite the bad weather, arrived in Idar-Oberstein from Italy aboard their beloved Guzzi.
Saturday morning we visited an ancient copper mine and we realized the difficulties of the work of that era. Then, after we suitably refreshed to the adjoining restaurant, visit to the many local attractions: the castle, the church in the rock, several museums ... and for the joy of the ladies the way of shopping.
In the evening a happy dinner at the restaurant "A lover of nature" made us remember that Italians, Germans or Swiss, we are all Guzzisti!
During the event we also officially presented the new shirt and the patch made to celebrate in this 2010 the first 10 years of our Guzzi club.
Our warmest thanks to Heike and Gert who have organized a meeting very interesting and very well managed, without of course forgetting those who have participated and have made us a good company.
